Educational Director and Financial Director, Leader's Edge

Ted Gerber is a retired Superintendent from Garaway Local Schools. He led the Garaway District for seven years as Superintendent. Prior to that, Mr. Gerber was a Middle School Principal for twelve years in Dover City Schools, and prior to that he was a Middle School Principal as well as Assistant Superintendent for four years in New Philadelphia City Schools. He also taught in New Philadelphia.

Since retirement, he has served several years as an Educational Consultant for the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center focusing on test data interpretation.

Ted currently is the Educational Director and Financial Director for Leader's Edge. Leader’s Edge is a non-profit organization focused on values-based
decision making as well as strong leadership in adults and youth.

Ted also serves on the Baltic Bank Board of Directors and also served 6 years
on the Ohio Erie Canal Coalition Board of Directors in Akron.

Ted currently resides in North Canton with his wife Sue who is a retired educator.
